The University School of the Chamber of Commerce of Bilbao offers two specialisation lines which intend to cover the demand of these professional profiles in the companies of our surroundings, becoming one of the principal rationale of the existence of our Centre.
Our vocation and our trajectory has made us a reference benchmark in Marketing, which is reflected in the Study programme, where this discipline, in a broad sense, plays a fundamental role. The core programme includes a broad commitment to the competences more focussed on Strategic Marketing and Commercial Management, but in addition, the two specialisation alternatives which as from the third academic year onwards enables to delve deeper in the more operative aspects, very aligned with the business demand:
Customer satisfaction, anticipation of their needs, innovation ... are variables which have placed Marketing as the engine of the company, covering numerous disciplines in constant evolution: operational marketing, public relations, new forms of communication with the customer, commercial management, market research, advertising and communication etc.
The international context offers growth opportunities which require professionals with a predisposition to explore, work in other markets, but also with a proficiency of tools geared towards international aspects such as negotiation, multimodal transportation, knowledge of international institutions, financing, means of collection and payment etc.
